•Defect Report
Entry Conditions
•A defect report in Closed or Fixed status
•The defect has been observed
Procedure
1.Open the defect report.
2.Update the notes with observations of the problem.
3.Include new screen prints as appropriate.
4.Set the State to Reopened.
Exit Condition
•Defect report is in Reopen status.
