Defect States

Submitted	The issue has been created and is ready to be assigned.
Open	The issue has been assigned and is being worked.
Fixed	The defect report is awaiting verification by reporter. From here issues are either reopened, or are closed.
Closed	The defect has been fixed and verified, or it does not require further action.
Reopened	The defect was in Fixed or Closed state and the defect appears to have recurred.
