Rules
•Rules for Verifying Fixed Defects
Input Documents
•Defect Report
Entry Conditions
•A defect report in Pending Verification status.
•The report has been assigned to a tester.
Procedure
1.Open the defect report that is in the Fixed.
2.Replay the steps that reproduced the defect.
3.If the defect has been fixed, set the state of the defect report to Closed.
4.If the defect has not been fixed, set the state of the defect report to Reopened and add information to the Notes.
5.Close the defect report,.
Exit Condition
•Resolution has been verified and is in Closed status, or
•Defect is in Reopened status.
Output Documents
•Defect Report in Closed or Reopened status.
